WAIT STAFF 

Bocca Italian is a busy Italian restaurant by the Tony Kelly Restaurant Group, down by the beach at Bokarina. We are looking for young at heart, vibrant, fun loving staff to join our team!

The venue is approximately 120 seats, and is open from 11am daily. Serving hand stretched pizza’s from our Moretti Forno oven, and a range of delicious fresh pasta’s, bread, charcuterie and delicious cocktails.

We have 90 seats inside, 50 seats outside and a 14 seat private dining room, and an extensive wine, beer and cocktail list.

Service is a la carte with table side ordering and wine service, in a smart casual manner, similar to our sister venue, Market Bistro.

We are looking for floor staff, including juniors.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Are you an experienced, dynamic leader passionate about the hospitality industry? Tony Kelly Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Piggyback at Palmwoods. 

Key Responsibilities: 

– Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality customer service and dining experience. 

– Supervise, guide and train staff, providing a positive and high-performing team culture. 

– Implement and maintain quality standards in service, food, and overall guest experience. 

– Control costs and optimize operational efficiency while adhering to regulatory requirements. 

– Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant’s presence and profitability. 

Requirements: 

– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

– A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. 

– Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling. 

– Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
