RESTAURANT MANAGER 

The Tony Kelly Restaurant Group is the largest restaurant group currently operating on the Sunshine Coast. We currently own & operate 10 very successful venues in Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Bokarina Beach and Palmwoods.

Currently we are searching for a dynamic and Experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER for SPERO. Our high profile Greek Restaurant located overlooking the marina at The Wharf Mooloolaba.

MUST…

• Have RELEVANT experience as a RESTAURANT MANAGER running a busy a la carte restaurant 
• MUST have experience managing and trying a team
• MUST have experience in maintain and controlling labour costs
• MUST have experience in building & maintaining a wine list
• MUST have a proven track record as a RESTAURANT MANAGER in an A La Carte Restaurant.
